Leading, Writing, Facilitating and providing Health and Wellness training for individuals and groups. Helping employers and employees work through issue management/resolution, stress & change management by providing individual sessions, wellness counselling and healing circles.

Home & Hospital Services

Reiki home services are available to those needing support on-site or unable to visit the clinic. In hospital visits are available to support acute care client needs. (A small fee for traveling expenses may apply.)

Massage & Reiki - Welcome Home Baby
Welcome home mom and baby with this wonderful gift! Provided in your own home, mom will be nourished and supported with these healing techniques. The Reiki and Massage relaxes and soothes mom - which is also good for baby! The age-old process of storytelling will be used during the session to release and ground the birth experience. Cost $85.00

Community Services

Anna is actively involved in community service. She regularly provides in-service Reiki support for schoolteachers and health care professionals.

"Providing for the caregivers in the community brings
wellness to a wide range of people."

Her multi-cultural talking circle has been provided through Centrepointe House. As part of her studies at St. Paul University, Anna provided chaplaincy services at Elizabeth Bruyere Hospital for stroke patients.

A portion of her practice is reserved for persons requiring financial assistance.
