Yoga for Menopause
Experience the benefits of Yoga as you journey through menopause. Join other women to learn, laugh and empower your body/mind with specific postures for menopause symptoms: hot flashes, bones, heart health, immune system.
The time is divided into one-hour yoga class followed by wisdom discussions and exercises for self-support in daily life. Come join us and meet your inner wise woman!

Gain a better understanding of common symptoms & how to recognize other symptoms that masquerade as peri-menopause. Share your story with others and meet other menopause buddies in this circle of healing. All women ages 35 - 60.
